What personal data we collect and why we collect it: (from reservations/orders: Name/email/phone / what you have ordered). This info is critical for doing business (fiscal requirements, internal flows, and organization).

(no) Comments
Are relevant as testimonials and feedback. From comments left by visitors on the site. We do not know if the used plug-in collects data such as visitor’s IP address, browser user agent, or for any help for spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

(no) Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

(no) Analytics
We are not (yet) using it at this moment (we do not know how and why)

(no) Who we share your data with
We do not share any data with any third party

(x) How long we retain your data
Some data are required by accounting (fiscal- legal) rules.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

(no) Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. This is what we have found in the description of two used plug-ins. We don’t know anything more about it.
For sure – we do not send on purpose (or on request) to any other (third party) – data collected (in fact needed – used) by the reservation (booking) platform

(x) Your contact information
Remains in our (reservation) platform. Until you explicitly request us for deleting them. We are looking for some automated plug-in which to erase (at once) from all places all sensitive info about a certain person

(no) Additional information
We are not aware of any additional collected/stored info about clients

(x) How we protect your data
All info needed by the booking (reservation) platform (with associated orders) is processed by the plugins used. So, we don’t know much about them and take credit from their description and declared commitments.
Very limited info is required by legal – accounting (Romanian) legislation. And therefore goes from out site to our accountant once at every 3 months.
Only two persons have access (base on passwords) to this info.

(x) What data breach procedures we have in place
We make one back-up per month of our database and is stored (the info is encrypted) for potential recovery needs.
We use the WordPress platform and the most popular (and advanced) plug-ins. We hope that these are enough.

(no) What third parties we receive data from
WordPress states that its platform gets rid of various spam and attacks. Therefore I assume they have some database at the global level based on each recognizes certain IPs or sources (or email senders or boots) – and clears them out before reaching our site/emails

(x) What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We do not have something like it – for the moment

(no) Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
We are not aware of such topics (related to our activity, platform, plugins).
